PROJECT: Sonic Drive-In Willow Grove
CLIENT: ECS Construction Management
LOCATION: Route 611, Willow Grove, Pa.
SCOPE OF WORK: Demolition of abandoned Sunoco gas station. Curbs, sidewalks and pavement. Excavation, backfill, stone, concrete and masonry for foundation of new Sonic Drive-In building, along with colored and polished concrete slabs.
SITEWORK: Demolition, bulk excavation, utilities, street openings, stormwater and associated structures, and a large underground infiltration system under the proposed parking lot. Site Improvements included sidewalks curbs pave prep topsoil and final grade. Other site improvements included PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitted (HOP) right-of-way work along state Route 611, which included sawcutting blacktop, demo, stormwater, new sidewalks and curbs, along with ADA ramps.
