LOCATION: East Stroudsburg, Pa.
SCOPE OF WORK: Contract 1 involved reconstruction of sidewalk ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Some of the work was on borough streets while other locations were on Pennsylvania Department of Transportation right of way. Work consisted of saw cutting concrete and asphalt demo, form placement and finishing concrete for curbs and ramps; restoration and traffic control.
Contract 2 involved replacement of sanitary sewer lines along PennDOT right of way. Some of the work was completed at night to lessen the impact on traffic. Work consisted of traffic control, by-pass pumping, saw cutting excavation, trench shoring, pavement and concrete restoration.
