SCOPE OF WORK: Kobalt Construction was contracted by Independence to perform the following services on a prepared site for a Buffalo Wild Wings: Building excavation, backfill compaction and stone sub base; reinforced concrete footings; reinforced slab on grade; sidewalks – ADA ramps and curbs; masonry — CMU stemwalls, split face veneer, Dumpster pad enclosure; site utilities – DIP fire line, domestic water, sanitary sewer, grease tank; landscaping; paving – striping, signage.
