LOCATION: Arrowhead Lake Community, Pocono Lake, Pa.

SCOPE OF WORK: Project was contracted by Berks Ridge to provide the following sitework services for a new 10,000-sq. ft. community clubhouse: Erosion and control measures; bulk excavation, importing material and compaction of building pad; storm drainage system and basin; utilities, including sewer and lift pump, trenching and backfill of 32 geothermal wells for the new heating system; parking lot stone and pavement; landscaping.
